You have a TS server, this is a HUGE tool for recruiting and keeping members. My advice is pimp it... by this I mean encourage (but never force) folks to use it. Trick them into getting onto the ts server by making out of context "LOLOL" in guild chat in response to some lewd joke you and your freinds made... most folks will want to know what the joke was, you just tell em you guys are laughing your behinds off on TS. Once a player gets onto TS, and hears others voices you are people, not just that ranger guy, and that monk chick... they have a MUCH higher chance of becoming involved and sticking around. Be really clear when you recruit to point out that while its a goal to gvg/halls regularly, realistically it cant happen yet due to low headcount...and do they have any friends? Offer recruitment bonus (items I feel are best) to folks who get someone into the guild that stays -and is active-. But I think the fact that you and your friends play together AND have TS will be able to get folks, just keep trying.

But really...people keep people. The bigger your guild, the more people stay.

Ravenglass - looks like you're doing everything you can. I am also growing the guild I'm in with pretty much the same method and we have had a good response so far. It just takes time. And even if we take care to play with the individuals before recruiting, sometimes they will decide to leave or we find that person isn't a good fit afterall.

If you guys are interested in collaborating for Factions, check out Aequitas Deis' website and give me a shout. My IGN is "Fun N Games" and we're on the American servers

As A guild Leader you need to put members needs above your own. Be nice and try not to let anyone feel ignored.
